We are sorry to announce that we were unable to make DiSS 07 viable, so we have decided to postpone until next year.

As an alternative, we are still intending to hold a small workshop with a very few invited talks and plenty of interaction, on August 3 2007, at the same venue. There will be a small fee for this, and no proceedings.
