ISLA's Hearing Aid Service

ISLA’s Audiology team is dedicated to providing the best possible service to hearing aid users of all ages, from children to great grandparents!

ISLA’s Hearing service will:

  1. Give you a detailed test of your hearing.
  2. Explain the test and what the results mean to you from a practical point of view.
  3. Guide you through the confusing process of choosing the right hearing solution to suit your needs.

Once we have fitted your new hearing aid, we will also help you with communication skills in order to enable you to get along better in social situations.

We're also able to offer lip reading and auditory training, to help to boost your ability to keep up with the conversation in the most challenging situations.

We will stay in regular contact with you to ensure that everything is working for you and that you are getting the best out of your hearing aid. If something is wrong, we will fix it. If you are not happy wearing the hearing aid, we want to know why!
